How Intuitive Healing Sessions Work

Here’s what you need to know before booking:

  • Session length: 60 or 90 minutes—depending on how deep you’re ready to go and what’s coming up to heal
  • Pricing: $150 for 60 minutes, $190 for 90 minutes
  • Location: Phone sessions available (Zoom upon request)
  • Availability: Tuesday through Friday

Payment is required at the time of scheduling.

You’ll get exactly what you need in each session—whether that’s a big release or one more layer peeled back.

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations

What to Expect in an Intuitive Healing Session

First off—there are no cookie-cutter sessions. Each session is different depending on you and what’s coming up. (And we might not know what it’s going to look like until we get in and meet what’s there.)

That said, every session starts with one simple question: “How may I serve?”

  • You’ll share what you’re struggling with
  • I’ll dig in until it feels like we’ve gotten to the core of the issue—so we can maximize your results

Based on what comes up, we might:

  • Talk through the issue
  • Work on calming your elevated nervous system
  • Quiet your racing mind

All the while, I’ll bring in the spaciousness you need to stop attaching yourself to the lies that have kept you stuck.

By the end of the session, you’ll likely feel lighter, calm, less constricted in your body—and the trigger you came with will either be greatly reduced or eliminated.

This will bring up feelings—the ones you may have been running from your whole life.

And things won’t shift unless you’re willing to go there.

That kind of presence gives us access to what’s really going on. And doing your work this way lets you finally process the emotions and trauma held in your body—so the tiniest disruption doesn’t keep setting you off.

Be aware: when you stir the pot, things will bubble up. But what shows up is an invitation—to keep leaning in, in whatever way feels right. And the results? Almost always worth it.

Just know: not every session ends feeling like you just left the spa. Sometimes, what comes up is pointing you toward the next layer to heal.

Either way, your life shifts when truth meets awareness.
