Your Questions, Answered

Whether this is your first time exploring intuitive healing or you’ve tried everything under the sun to feel better—these questions come up a lot. This page is here to give you real answers, so you can book your session feeling more grounded and clear.

What is Intuitive Healing, and how is it different from therapy?

Intuitive Healing is energy work that gets to the root of emotional pain, patterns, and trauma. It’s not about diagnosing or analyzing you—it’s about helping you see clearly, feel fully, and release what’s been keeping you stuck. Therapy often stays at the surface. This work goes deeper.

Will I get emotional during a session?

You might. When your nervous system feels safe enough to let go, emotions tend to rise. That’s a good thing—it means your body’s ready to release what it’s been holding onto. Most people feel lighter and more present afterward.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s actually perfect. You don’t need to come in with a plan. Just show up. We’ll start with a simple check-in, and I’ll meet you wherever you are. The work reveals itself as we go.

What’s the difference between Massage Therapy and Intuitive Healing?

Massage Therapy (specifically SMRT) focuses on physical pain and tension—using gentle, targeted work to release it. Intuitive Healing works with the emotional and energetic roots of pain. Sometimes you need one. Sometimes the other. Often, both.

What does a typical session look like?

No two sessions are exactly the same. We start by checking in. Then, depending on what’s coming up, we might talk, breathe, move through energy, or work directly with your nervous system. You’ll leave with more clarity, calm, and connection to yourself.

Do remote sessions really work?

Yes. Energy doesn’t need to be in the same room to move. Phone or Zoom sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones. What matters is your intention—and that we show up fully.

How do I book a session?

Just head to my online scheduler. Choose a 60- or 90-minute session, pick a time that works, and pay to reserve your spot. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Anything less and the session will be charged. It’s about mutual respect—my time and your healing are both valuable.

Do I have to commit to regular sessions?

Nope. You can book once or come back as often as you’d like. Some people come monthly, some seasonally, some when things flare up. It’s entirely up to you.

Is everything I share confidential?

Absolutely. This is a private, judgment-free space. Whatever you share stays between us. Always.
